The transformation story

Old windows and dark rooms, now bright and ready

When we took this house on, the old dark-framed windows were worn and cloudy, the rooms were dark, and several systems needed attention. We replaced the windows and painted the whole interior. The yard was mowed, trimmed and cleared of limbs. The inspection found the roof did not need replacing, so the work went into the windows, the rooms and the systems.

FAQ

Questions about the Bass Drive renovation

What work was done on this Fayetteville house?

Red Wolf replaced the old windows, painted every room and cleaned up the yard with mowing, limb removal and shrub trimming. The inspection found the roof did not need replacing, so the work went into the windows, the rooms and the systems.

Were the windows replaced?

Yes. The old windows, with their worn dark frames, were replaced with new white windows throughout the house. New windows let in more light, seal better against drafts and make a big difference in how a house looks, both from the street and from inside every room.

Did the roof need to be replaced?

No. The inspection found the roof in good enough shape to keep, so this job focused on the windows, the inside of the house and the yard. If your house does need a roof, Red Wolf can handle it along with the rest of the work under one contract.

Can Red Wolf handle a full renovation, roof included?

Yes. Red Wolf Roofing & Construction is an NC licensed Commercial and Residential General Contractor, License #107188, so one company can handle the roof, the exterior and every room inside under one contract.
