The transformation story

A dated, lived-in ranch, now fresh outside and in

When we took this house on, it had blue siding, wood kitchen cabinets with laminate tops and white appliances, sheet vinyl in the kitchen, bold wall colors and a large, overgrown yard. We gave the outside a new charcoal gray look with white trim, painted inside, replaced all eight windows, painted the kitchen cabinets white and added granite, a tile backsplash and stainless appliances, and put down new plank floors. The yard was mowed, trimmed and cleaned up. The inspection found the roof did not need replacing.

What we found

An overgrown yard

The problemThe lot is large, and the grass, trees and shrubs had grown out.
How we handled itThe lawn was mowed, trees trimmed and shrubs cut back.

FAQ

Questions about the Camden Road renovation

What work was done on this Raeford house?

Red Wolf gave the outside a new charcoal gray look, painted inside, replaced all eight windows, painted the kitchen cabinets white and added granite counters, a tile backsplash and stainless appliances, put down new plank flooring, and cleaned up the large yard with mowing, tree trimming and shrub work. The inspection found the roof did not need replacing.

Were the kitchen cabinets replaced?

No. The existing wood cabinets were painted white. Paired with new granite counters, a tile backsplash, new stainless appliances and a new plank floor, the kitchen got a whole new look without tearing out the cabinets, and the layout stayed the same.

Did the roof need to be replaced?

No. The inspection found the roof in good enough shape to keep, so this job focused on paint, windows, the kitchen, floors and the yard. If your house does need a roof, Red Wolf can handle it along with the rest of the work under one contract.

Have a house that needs a full turnaround?

One contract, start to finish.
