The transformation story

A solid house buried under clutter, now clean, bright and ready

The house had good bones, but it was full of left-behind belongings, from the garage to the bedrooms. Walls had holes, a door was damaged, and rooms were covered in dark blue, teal and chalkboard paint. We emptied the house, patched the walls, painted over the bold colors, fixed the kitchen cabinets and took care of the deck, fence and yard. The inspection found the roof, heat and air, and water heater in good shape, so the work went where the house needed it.

What we found

The problemThe garage and most rooms were piled with furniture, clothes and trash left behind.

FAQ

Questions about the Minikahada Trail renovation

What work was done on this Pinehurst house?

Red Wolf cleared out the house and garage, patched the drywall, painted over the bold accent and chalkboard walls in a light neutral color, replaced missing kitchen cabinet doors, stained the back deck, repaired the fence and cleaned up the yard. The inspection found the roof, heat and air, and water heater in good shape.

Did the roof need to be replaced?

No. The inspection found the roof did not need replacing, so this job focused on the inside of the house, the deck, the fence and the yard. If your house does need a roof, Red Wolf can handle it along with the rest of the work under one contract.

How do you handle a house full of left-behind belongings?

We start with a full trash-out. On this job the crew emptied the garage and every room before any paint or repair work began. A clear house lets us see the real condition of the walls, floors and doors, and plan the rest of the work around what we find.

Can Red Wolf handle a full renovation, roof included?

Yes. Red Wolf Roofing & Construction is an NC licensed Commercial and Residential General Contractor, License #107188, so one company can handle the roof, the exterior and every room inside under one contract.
